Summary: Several hours before this incident, noobvswild was on the server. Cancelledfish was struck by a car, rendering him unconcious. Noob came over and stepped on his body, killing him. I told him that that was breaking the rules. He ran off. I alerted the officers and an unnamed officer chased his down, pulled a gun, and told him not to move. He continued to run around, breaking fearrp, when the officer tazed him. When he was tazed, he disconnected. I told the admin immediately, but he said he couldn't do anything. I wanted to file a BR then but I lacked evidence. This time, however, I took screenshots. This time, he rejoined and went officer immediately. He hunted Cancelled and I down and tazed us inside the officer and we were saying "Stop, you're breaking rules!" and Fish yelled "I'm recording this!". Noob then mocked us by saying "I'm recording, I always got my finger on the record button!" several times. We died, and upon spawning noob found us again. He tazed us, and stepped on us. Thats what the screenshots are. So, basically he broke the following: RDM x3, FearRP, Disconnecting to avoid an RP situation, Disconnecting to avoid ban, Random Taze x4, NLR

Personal Opinion - This guy should receive perma. I told him all throughout those events that he was breaking rules and he just dismissed me. I tried to help him, and so did the Admin on Duty. But, he refused. He broken too many rules to be given a second chance. I'll leave the judgement in your capable hands.

Basically, the first one was noobvswild leaping onto my tazed body, the second him killing my tazed body, and the third was a console shot that said that he had tazed me and Cancelled multiple times.
If someone could explain in simple terms how to upload the pictures, I'd be grateful. Or you can take my word for it
