Summary: Basically I was walking around the city and walked into the nexus just to look around as there was a new president, I see a bm dealer a citizen and a rebel at the door and the bm dealer cracks the keypad, a cop runs in past the door and says "You can't be here!" and then bradalan shoots him which is rdm since rebels were not banned from the city and then brad proceeded to kill the president which I did not get on video since I was rdmed by a stupid cop.
