Hello is it possibole to transfer all my items and stuff and cars +donator status to my new steam account? i lost my old steam account password and i allready bought gmod+cs
 ource bundle.. can i transfer??

Kind of your fault. Don't break steams rules in the first place. I don't think you can be trusted to follow FLs rules if you cannot even follows steams in the first place.
