Where to install content pack now? (After update)

I now have the garrysmod_old folder and I have inserted flcontent into where it was suppose to be before the update but now for some reason whenever I try to join the server it makes me reload every single addon from scratch every time and at the end it says I don't have the map when I clearly have it in my workshop. Any help would be appreciated.

The update moved the new garrysmod folder to the "common" folder. Here's how to find it:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod
