Summary: Theres was various amounts of people cdming and rdming but i noticed a group of rebels shooting anyone who was outside near or inside the Hotel holding it as a fortress, without proper use of a base, keypad or ownership of any of the doors in the hotel they cannot claim the hotel as theirs so therefore they cannot force people to leave anyways as i was entering the Hotel i was immediately shot at and then i ran away, he then proceded to chase me then i asked him why and he shot me (Evidence in video 1). After that i asked a police officer to enter the building with me to try to pursue the rebels they than immediately started firing as soon as the officer was sighted so i ran after him to capture him rdming people after they killed the cop they told me to leave even though i was not trespassing and then they killed me for no reason (evidence in video 2).
