Welcome! to the Payday Heists clan page. Who are we? What do we do? Well, let's start with who we are.
We are a team comprising of four main leaders: Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains. We run this "organisation".

What do we do?
Well, we want a bit of danger and fun in our lives, what better way to do that than carry out heists to get bags of money and the whole police force onto us? We raid small shops to big shops, (of course, only taking 2k from each). Some people call us criminals, but we don't think of ourselves as criminals. We are out for an adventure; we don't kill innocent people. We give them plenty of warnings. If the cops shoot at us? Well, call it whatever you like, but we call it self defence.
(OOC- This is NOT RDM, yes it is mostly aggressive RP but we do not kill any random person without a reason.)
So we've got out of the shop, got our money, driven away... success! If a heist gets completed, the members that were involved in it get a reward (we split the money equally)
Take a look at our full team. We all work together to carry out a successful heist. We try to kill minimum people while in the process of our procedure.

Leaders:
Carry out the main operations and are the backbone of the organisation. All members must report to them.

VIPs:
These are the next most important people. They go out with the Leaders on heists, but still must report to the Leaders. They also scan around the place we are about to raid to look for key positions and security instalments. They look for where everyone is as well, and report it back to the Leaders just before the heist takes place. VIPs must have SUITS!

Members:
Lowest rank, but still a crucial part to the heists. They help with the raiding by getting everyone down on the ground and tied up, while the leaders and VIPs talk to the owner of the business and get the money. The members must keep the civilians unharmed unless they fight. They cannot let anyone out.

We will set up hidden away offices eventually, but do note that this is a new organisation and we need more members first.
