Ok, lets see:
1.) Your cops set up the barricade and were shooting anyone who was entering the city, it was not us. Upon hearing this the rebels moved to the barricade and over-through it, I don't see how that should get me banned just as you didn't order your cops to set it up, it wasn't me and if you had taken the time to look at who owned the props rather than just getting into a fit because you were nearly taken down, you may of realized this ( can I just add that if any officer who was at the barricade, I believe one to be passurus ( the HSS at the time) could come and back me up here, it would be useful).
2.) You wrote in OOC that no civilian who was killed for entering the city should take offence (or something along those lines) so please don't call me a lier when I am not lying.
3.) We never shot any civilians on the street at all, me and Oneshott both just took an awp shot at you (the president).
4.) We only shot at armed officers arriving at the tunnel (some breaking NLR) and escorted any civilians/ non- government officials to safety welcoming to the freedom of non government owned land (again if any of those civilians involved could back me up here, it would be useful).
5.) At the time in which we took the shot at you, you were not lying down on the ground, you were standing and so were all around you ( I'm not sure if you were about to sleep, but from the distance we were away there was no way of telling this, you were standing up when we took the shot).
6.) If you are gonna make different ban times, it would of been more useful to tell us this, you banned me mid way through an argument with you on the server about this topic without even saying why.
I would also prefer you do not talk to me as if I'm an idiot for putting this up with a comment such as "Oh you've got to be kidding me", it would of been far more professional of you as an admin just to get on with your reasons. Finally, you say the reason was for us shooting at people in the tunnel? you never witnessed this and only came over when we took a shot at you and only addressed us as doing wrong for shooting at you at the time shouting "what is your reason".
