Character Backstory: Originally a poor kid living in the suburbs, Chuck spent most of his life surrounded by rebels, corleones, and various criminal activity. Not liking the environment he was in, he saved money made by trafficking weed in order to get an apartment in Evocity. Once there, he applied for a job at the local Burger King flipping burgers to support himself. As he aged, he applied for the Police Academy, and has been working as a Law Enforcement officer ever since.

Reason for wanting to join: I've seen Blackwatch roaming around, and you seem fairly organized. I've been looking for a nice corporation to join on Fearless, and Blackwatch seems to fit the bill. I like the concept of Private Military Corporations, because they are usually able to do their business without having to worry about politics and all of the annoying pointless things that come with it. You guys interest me, and I feel as if I'd be a good asset to have.
Benefits you could bring to Blackwatch: I'm decent in combat situations, and I have a very tactical mind.
Motives for wanting to join initially: What really got me interested in looking into you was seeing you all moving around the city with suits and weapons.
