Summary: Simply this guy propblocked the place where he had tons of weeds, and placed the keypad under the desk, which was also protected by keypad. On the chat you can see what he said. Another guy was minging with innapropriate using a chair, while 2 of these guys were enjoying this, but i'm not sure if they can get punished for that. You can see everything on the video(s). About video with random "raiders": you can clearly hear in 1:10 that reason for hostaging Avalanche and bringing me there was taxes. He said, that he wants lower taxes by doing that.

You can clearly hear on the second video that the guy hostaged policeman because of high taxes. Also he did it as you see in the public, what's another rulebreaking.

Both of you walked with guns for the whole day, shooting everyone, findin problems everywhere. Just one information for you: do some passive rp instead of aggresive one.
