Summary: Budiman was driving around the city like a mad man and speeding. We pulled him over in the road and held guns to him, he then told his friend [GS] Rising Apocalypse to enter the car. While the cop was getting the warrant Budiman drove off breaking FearRP. After a long chase he then was shot by officers, and apocalypse was handcuffed. While handcuffing he broke FearRP so I had to tazer him. kjpy2k a Rebel at the time saw the incident and started jumping on the tazed body. Budiman comes back after breaking NLR and pulls a knife on me. We chase him to a tunnel where he prop climbs onto daniel507's car, he jumps off and is tazed by us to stop him from breaking FearRP. Daniel then drives his car backwards running over Budiman and the police Sargent, and breaks FearRP.
