Summary: First off: [FL:RP] Katana. The guy claimed that he had been away from the computer when he tranquilized people randomly, propclimbed, and (I believe) rdm'd a few people. He also massively spawned car props to try and propkill everybody investigating. If you watch the video you will see that the amount of evidence is astounding. He blames the mass murder/propkill/prop climbing/random tranquilizing on his brother, which he can't even prove (sigh). Just watch the videos for all the evidence.
Secondly: Unusual. If you watch the videos you can clearly see the guy propkilling/rdming with car props. Case closed.
