Summary: Well, he legalized everything and everyone was walking around with assault rifles thinking they were gods of evocity, all the cops were relatively new so they got really confused and it ended out in a huge RDM fest.

May I add, he massive FailRP's EVERY time he's president. Might not be in the same ways, but it's always FailRP when he's pres.
