It's obviosly fake or staged.

In sweden people wait for the Google Truck to come take photos with spiderman and batmans suits on... :3

And in USA they are more...more imaginative, lol.

Would you mind telling me the geographic coordinates of the images? I can quickly search it up on the program and find it out.

Google Earth is a fantastic program, I use it almost every day.
