Summary: I was observing a fireman doing some window washer rp and then Mikkel started cussing at people with mic and going full caps in OOC after being accidentally CDMed. he then decided to minge and broke alot of rules (FearRp, Disconnecting to avoid arrest, Cussing, Propminge.

Evidence: sgtbender200 (STEAM_0:0:13392697) was a police commander and witnes when this happened. He was there when Mikkel disconnected to avoid arrest and when he broke fearrp.

Also, prior to that incident Mikkel had been a president and was allowing search warrants on people that had done nothing wrong, and the SS were destroying all destructible objects inside.
