Summary:
Scout spawned a prop and started playing with it around pushing and killing people

And HUGO after 3 times being commanded to stop his car with a gun pointed at him kept driving at me and got shot to death, after a couple seconds I got roadkilled on the sidewalk, then he came back to his death point, found my body and started punching it and stepping on it
