Summary: I saw a fireman using his axe to randomly crack keypads, open doors so decided to turn fraps on and follow him around for a while. First of all he CDMed Police Commander, started smashing into things / cars randomly. tried to CDM me multiple times when i got out of my car, punched cop like 5 times, tried to propkill both of us (me and cop following him around), but failed.

No intention to RP, CDM, attempted CDM, punch-whoring, attempted propkill on 2 people.

Also sorry, that i made 4 separate videos. That's because my fraps keeps stopping to record videos like every 20-30s don't even know why. Will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Open FRAPS, click on Movies, change "Loop buffer length" to 0. I think that should do it for you.

It's already on 0 and was never changed. Tried changing it to other number and then back to 0, still didn't help.
