Summary:
I was just driving my bus at 15 mph, under the speed limit. The police commander suddenly starts shooting me from the end of the tunnel! He shoots me down to 30 hp, then comes up and says "I DIDN'T SHOOT YOU IT'S THE SPEED TEST GUN SEE?" Then he changed his story and said "I SHOT YOU CAUSE YOU WERE GOING TO FAST" I was going under the speed limit, I was not resisting arrest he just started shooting me for no reason, and even if I was, you can't shoot someone for speeding.

You can see his model is the Police Commander model, and his name matches the scoreboard with the police commander.
