We will:

The National Security Agency (NSA) leads the Evocity Government in cryptology that encompasses both Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Information Assurance (IA) products and services, and enables Computer Network Operations (CNO) in order to gain a decision advantage for the Nation and our allies under all circumstances.
GOAL 1: Succeeding in Today’s Operations - Enable wise policymaking, effective national security action, and freedom of action in cyberspace by exploiting foreign use of electronic signals and systems and securing information systems used by Evocity and its allies, while protecting privacy and civil liberties.
GOAL 2: Preparing for the Future - Deliver next generation capabilities and solutions that meet the challenges of tomorrow and drive solutions from invention to operation in support of national security and Evocity Government missions.
GOAL 3: Enhancing and Leading an Expert Workforce - Attract, develop and engage an exceptional, diverse workforce prepared to overcome our cryptologic challenges.
GOAL 4: Implementing Best Business Practices - Provide timely data to inform optimal strategic and tactical investment decisions while ensuring organizational accountability for executing those decisions and realizing the associated performance improvement.

NSA employs a wide variety of business professionals who play a critical role in protecting our Nation's security every day. We rely on the skills of our Acquisition, Finance, and Business Management professionals to support the internal infrastructure of a federal agency comparable in size and budget to the top 10% of Fortune 500 companies.
Acquisition, Finance, and Business Management
Responsibilities in Acquisition, Finance, and Business Management include the following:
• Acquisition: Formulate acquisition strategies; plan execution schedules; execute contracts for goods and services; streamline the acquisition process; and manage a portfolio of core programs pivotal to NSA's transformation.
• Finance: Build and execute budgets for multiple years; produce NSA's financial reports, including financial statements; prepare NSA for upcoming financial statement audit; perform accounting and auditing functions; effect payments; analyze financial data; reengineer financial business processes; and implement a modern, integrated financial management system.
• Business Management: Develop program/budget estimating; assemble procurement documentation; participate in the evaluation of contractor cost proposals; prepare cost estimating data for prospective acquisitions; perform contractor cost and schedule performance measurement tasks; monitor contractor performance through burn rate analysis; and assist the program management team and leadership with strategic business planning and economic analysis.

Computer/Electrical Engineering
NSA offers some of the world's most demanding and exhilarating high-tech engineering challenges. Our entry-level engineers work with teams, following a project from beginning through completion. This means you'll be involved in multiple stages of the project, including requirements analysis, design, simulation, experimentation, benchwork, prototype development and testing, manufacturing, and possibly, field work. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team made up of Engineers, Computer Scientists, Mathematicians, Analysts, Contractors, and other project members.

History:
The National Security Agency (NSA) is home to Evocity's codemakers and codebreakers. The National Security Agency has provided timely information to Evocity decision makers and military leaders for more than half a century. The National Security Agency was established in 1964 to promote a full partnership between CSS and the cryptologic elements of the armed forces.
