'constant arguing with administrator after being warned several times'

Why we should unban you: I was wrongfully banned, I saw my friend get banned mid-RP situation (He was banned for punchwhoring, minging, failRPing while he was being arrested for fraud; a decent RP situation.) I defended him and was effectively told to 'shut up or be banned too' which isn't fair. I got banned defending someone who shouldn't have been banned, I feel this was open abuse of power and unjust. Attached is a chat log.
First off, I didn't minge; ever. There's no proof of it happening simply because it didn't; if RP'ing a situation where I'm attacked by someone is against the rules what kind of freaking RP server are you running? Exactly, it's not against the rules.
I don't want to see anything major happening because of this, I just want my friend and I unbanned because we didn't do anything wrong; the admin was very dry with me from the beginning and it was unnecessary to ban me for two days for asking about a wrongful ban.
In relation to the 'punch-whoring' statement in the chatlog, that was the RP situation I was talking about, we invented a scenario which lead to a fight in the street and role-played it properly; apparently that's considered punch-whoring though which isn't fair.
