Summary: CDM x1 (in video) cdm x10 outside video (4 occurrences, multiple deaths each one)
It was obvious (to me) that he was CDMing because in OOC he kept saying "sorry lag" and then one time screamed "LAGGGGGGGGG" and was driving on a straihgt road then swerved into the sidewalk taking out 5 people and lag doesn't call swerving. He never called a paramedic.
