Banned everyone for previous bans that are expired. I just got banned randomly when playing for something that happened months ago.

Should be fixed, was a bug when Matt came through with the new ban system.

Yeah real sorry about that, one tiny sql error banned pretty much every player /doh. Reverted it though and global bans are now in full operation!
