Quick Question for a Business Venture!

Ever since I've played Semi-Serious role play I've had this business I've started, I've played it on a few different servers and I was wondering if the rules of this community would allow me to do this.

Buying and Renting out apartments in the downtown area of Evocity?
Is this kosher? Will I be getting in any admin trouble?

What I've done in the past is bought out the Apartments, renamed the building "West Tower" and have rented them out as Luxury Condominums, fit with a small Security Team and possibly an outer gate to keep the Riff-raff out.

So admins / respected members of the community, May I do this?

Yes, the rules do allow you to do this.

You could also make it a hotel, but I think this is an original idea.

Thank you guys! I've done this on a few smaller servers, people really enjoy it, but I've never had such a large population to play with before.

I have actually done something similar, I called it "Evocity Estates" I bought several buildings around the map with a friend called Andreas then rented them out for money. Bought Offices as Headquarters where people could come and pay their rent and so on.

Even though it is clarified, the rule does allow you to do this.
