[FIXED] Missing some spawnlist's

Ok over all the fearless spawnlist and the steam in bottom i have nothing, i did recover my pc. I missing all the general props (constructive and comics) and all the other until you come down to the fearless spawnlist...

On the first hand, if I understand, your spawnlist look like that :

On the other hand, I didn't find much people having this problem on Internet.
There is not an exact solution to this problem.

I think, there is only one solution then :

-> Reinstall Garry's Mod.

If I wrong, someone correct me please.
