Ban request on Anti-lag and his buddy

Summary: Well, me and my buddy went down to the lake, and saw these two guys casually fishing as special services. I then reminded them about that what they were doing was against the rules. They continued to fish. Afterwards, I notified them of the fact that I recorded it and was intending to post a ban request on them. They then ran away. Me and my buddy then started to drive away, when anti-lag (who had taken off his suit by then) shot my friend who was driving our vehicle. He then proceeded to steal the car (which I was still sitting in), and drove it into the water.

Evidence: I have video evidence of them fishing, and of anti-lag RDM'ing my friend. I also have screenshots of him stealing my vehicle and driving it into the lake.

Oh dear, I fear I'm partially to blame for them fishing. I was president, we'ed been invited to a new restaurant earlier at the lake, and it wasn't done. So, I let them fish, and I never saw them again.

Well, that still doesn't give them the right to RDM my friend, steal my car, and drive it into the lake.

And let me ask, did you try to regain contact with them later, or did you just forget everything about them?

Nevertheless, I still don't think that they should be fishing while the president is somewhere else. That in my mind is still failRP.

The main problem was that the driver who drove us there randomly died. They couldn't fit in the car, and I just forgot about them since I really was getting tired of being president, so I wasn't paying attention.
Also, I'm only addressing the fishing incident.

It's Anti-Lag's 4th ban in a short period of time. Player is banned for 5 days for Fail RP and RDM'ing.
