This picture displays cops pouring out alcohol into the sewers because underaged (below the age of 20) teens wanted to bring something for their trip with their class.
True but if your lucky and know the cops in the area you live some of them can be pretty chill for example my friend went to a house party and some annoying neighbor called the cops. When they arrived they confiscated all the liquor and poored it out exept for my friends because he knew the cops that arrived.
