I actually posted a Ban request on Lewis, he CDM's all the time but I didn't have sufficient evidence on him so he didn't get banned.

For further reference their name is Recardo, not Recardo's Trabant, the Trabant is the car E.g. Al Sevenfold's Corvette.

Onto the pictures, it's really not hard to dodge a Trabant however he was on the path, not really going to say much other than that.

i know that is very dificult to die from a trabant but this guy broke rp laws and he must get banned i got killed because i was taken pics after the first cmd he cmd me again in spawn and after that he tried cmd me again
