Summary: Randomly stole my car. Admitted to it after trying to put it off on another player.
I was doing a deal with DarkVelvet and while I was producing items I saw a tides truck roll through the area. It left and I didn't think anything of it. My car alarm goes off and I see a rebel in the car, randomly stealing it. So I yelled for him to stop repeatedly (my mic doesn't play in my videos for some reason). I check the roster and found that the tides truck left behind belonged to a rebel. Had he not admitted it is OOC I wouldn't have enough proof for the ban request. Thankfully I got him to admit it after he tried to blame the other rebel.
