Summary:
Let's start with Thatotherotherguy, I was standing still, doing nothing messaging someone through steam, I am then tased and handcuffed, I was about to ask why he did that but he then shot and killed me, I didn't get any screenshots of this unfortunately but you have my word. The second thing he did was prop move a fire engine into a building and then he prop froze the prop and as a result the fire engine was stuck in the building and the person who owned it, could not use it, I have a screenshot of this.
Now onto Utubmster, there's so much I can say for this, but I'll try and keep it short, Utubmster was mass Cdm'ing people and shooting the people he couldn't RDM, he then shot the president just to take his space, unluckily it was right in front of me as I was posting this very ban request.
(The logs will show about 30+ CDM's by Utubmster.)

Utubmster RDM'ing the president to steal his job, because of the lag I couldn't get a screenshot of it being the president, he was wearing a suit to avoid this actually happening, unfortunately the server was being very laggy and it was only by chance I switched to Gmod to see him start shooting the president. He then immediately switched to president, showing he killed the current president for his job for no reason.
