Summary: A taxi hit me and almost killed me so I was going to arrest him. During our conversation he told me about the lagspikes but instead of RPing it to a fine or something he tried to run me over, I killed him and he came back for the taxi right after.

he isnt the gundealer but the gundealer was subject to his mingery

Propblocked, attempt to propkill, used knifes to try and kill me, he changed his job to fireman to breach my door and then killed me.
