Basically i asked him if i could buy his tides truck stood talking to him for 5-10 minutes negotiating price, i hand over the money suprise suprise he logs thank god for the console anyway he took 95,000 off so me people are saying 100k and its a perma ban but it's close enough. the logs of me and him talking is down below for proof. i took out all the other logs apart from what me and him were saying to each other so make it esier to read

The guy isn't going to be banned since you don't have screenshots. Anyone can easily make fake logs. Not saying you do, but that's the rules.

He has the exact time, I'm not exactly sure how the logs works but I'm PRETTY sure they can see him giving the money and the guy not giving the car.

I talked with Blazin and Monkey. Blazin was able to pay around 84k to Monkey and I payed the remaining 11k for him. I made Blazin promise not to scam anyone again, so here's hoping he learned his lesson

he needs at least a weeks ban, just so he doesn't do it again, he may have payed me a majority of it back but, it still doesn't change the fact he took 95k and logged.

No offence meant but how does this guy not get banned? When my friend illegitimately got Dc'd when trading for a car (under100k) and got banned? How can you enforce different rules for different individuals?
