Summary:
He was mass CDMing as a fireman. I only got proof of him CDMing one guy, attempting to CDM another guy, and randomly ramming an ambulance.
He CDMed about 4 - 5 people standing in front of the nexus, and once confronted he just responds with "lolwut" and then CDMs another guy.

In the second part of the video you can see him running to his firetruck as soon as the cop walks by his firetruck. He attempts to run him over but luckily the officer moves out of the way just in time, so Heisenberg just decides to ram the ambulance.
