Thread Title: Ban request on [FL:RP] Birduarent & Ower Spectre.. Failrp / jumping/ puncing on tranquilized bodies..

Summary: Ower Spectre was trespassing, and i caught him. I cuffed him and gave him a a choise. Arrested or a 500$ fine. Instead of paying the money he told his friend to come and help him (/pm). Then [FL:RP] Birduarent came down at the garage and shot me with a tranquilizer. He ran to me and jumped on me, to kill me.
Evidence:: It's a bit dark.. But you can see what happens, if you look close to the video.. (Had music on while i was recording...) Mute if you want..
