No, there's no need for an i7 in a gaming build. 2-3 FPS difference isn't worth $100+ for gaming. An i5-3570K is on of the best and most recommended processors for gaming.

Swap out the GTX 570 for a GTX 660 Ti or go for the 670

I took the one that Matt suggested . Modified it a bit to what you guys have been saying .
