have we have ever talked about why clans have to declare themselves as unofficial. it seems like an unnecessary badge of shame to new clans.
Whats the purpose of it? Is fearless trying to distance themselves from clans they don't feel represent the community well or are they trying to reward clans that meet the standard? In the case of the latter it would be a far more positively charged system to label the official clans.
Lets put a crown on the clans that deserve it. Not a dunce hat on those who aren't there yet.

Public Opening Hours Report 03/06/20
Today's public opening hours saw a different structure than usual, with the company starting off with a security contract with the President, and then convening in our small city offices.
The security detail was a success, with the president enjoying a perfect security convoy for his fishing trip.
In other news, during our office opening I was visited by a government minister who informed us that our application to become an official Evocity organisation has been accepted, and that we now have access to the benefits of a fully registered company.

Public Opening Hours Report 06/06/20
Today's public opening hours saw us reside in our city headquarters.
What was initially a quiet operation saw the surprising return of the 'Estleback Conservative Party', this time headed by John Colton, the former party leader's brother.
Mr Colton enlisted the services of Estleback, who soon after assumed his governmental strategic response unit.
I have been told that our convoy efforts were especially sublime.
We also carried out an interview with a potential candidate.

Applications for Director of Development are Open
Greetings,
We are hiring for the senior position of the ‘Director of Development’.
This role is described as follows: “As a member of the governance, they are responsible for developing the clan, such as coming up with and developing new initiatives, and running them. For example, the Estleback political party, or monorail.”
The Director of Development will be tasked with:
Spoiler :
Leading the implementation of any projects and events that fall under the criteria of non-security based ‘development’. This may include a new base, an event, political party, hospitality avenue, etc
Working with a crack team, usually members of Estleback’s engineering (building) division, to implement a target project.
Liaising with the Director regarding the progress and implementation of the projects they are working on.
Creating new ‘mini-events’.
If applicable, running a project operation indefinitely. E.g. taking charge of an Estleback political party
Maintaining and amending previous projects.
Interviewing and selecting senior members to join the Estleback engineering team, such as the ‘Lead Engineer’.
Creating an announcement post on the EBC forum page, with pictures and write up of a new ‘project’, or events related to a ‘project’.
For this position, we are looking for someone with:
Good organization skills
Prior experience in the management of large-scale projects
Good public relations and Customer Service Skills
