Bomb Threats and Safe Houses

On the 6th July 2017, Estleback initiated another standard operation. A security contract with the Queen of Evocity was finalised, and Operatives were set into their positions, secured the area and surveyed the surroundings using patrols. 

After attending to a minor disruption in the inner-city apartments, the Nexus' alarm was set off due to a reported bomb threat. Swiftly, the Queen and her loyal subjects were evacuated from her 'castle', and were taken to the Estleback Safe House.

Once they arrived, the perimeter was fully fortified and they settled down into their abode, surrounded by the best security and best possible living conditions that could be given at the short notice.

The Queen continued to reside in our Safe House until the bomb threat level was lowered from critical. However, during this period, a group of anti-monarchist separatists gathered outside and opened fire on the building, in an attempt to take the life of the Queen. This ultimately failed, and resulted in the demise of the attacking party with no Estleback casualties.

Following this attack, the threat level was lowered, as it was found that the separatists were also behind the attempted bombing of the Nexus. This then saw an Estleback convoy return the Queen to her 'castle' to continue her reign in peace.

Additionally, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Jaspona Betwin (EXOTIC) to Field Operative! Despite only being with us for a few weeks, he has show himself to be a competent individual, and I am confident in his ability to help us achieve our goals.

Operation Takeover Security Detail

Today, the 8th July 2017, Piers Colton and his team at the Estleback Conservative Party were elected into office. Naturally, I offered my services to help him achieve his goal of complete peace. After their Nexus offices were established, and Estleback Operatives were set in place, members of 'Ace Industries' arrived as the scene for a meeting that Mr Colton had requested. A dual security contract was set, and Estleback and Ace forces started to work together.

Throughout the contract, multiple hostile threats were eliminated, and cooperation was high.

However, it is needless to say that we have never before worked with this volume of people, with an additional, independent, force by our side. This led to some points of clunky operation. The specific bugs have been identified, and myself and my team have put procedures into place to try and help and eradicate this issue. As we grow, we are expected to again work with high velocities, so extra training in this area will be vital to success.

Aside from this, I have been told everything else went swimmingly. I am proud of my operatives and look forward to future cooperation with other organisations!

Finally, I would ask all Operatives and Applicants alike to check their respective communications HUBs for information about tomorrow's optional training session.

Greetings,

Today, Estleback ran another training session.

I am pleased to announce that it was a success, and skills within our vehicular sector have been refined and improved. However, there is always room for further greatness, and we will visit this again in the near future!

After this training, Estleback Operatives returned to our HQ to use our training simulator, where they practised combat against one another.

We used this also as an opportunity to evaluate our new Estleback Applicants. You will all hear back about your employment with us in the following week(s).
