With a troubled early school life in Italy, and a struggle against a Mafia upbringing that could have been pushed upon him, Ryan Nardini broke free of his burdens and earnt scholarship money in an Italian national science contest. This money propelled him through his teenage years, away from his broken parents and eventually into the prospering, new "Evocity". Moving to Evocity was a simple decision - it offered cheap housing, a low cost of living and plenty of opportunities with up-and-coming corporations investing in the city.
Nardini's methods were different to what was taught at the time, however. And so, Ryan took it upon himself to spread his creative ways of thinking to teenagers who were thinking of becoming great scientists and engineers. Graduating university with a PhD in Chemistry, and later gaining qualifications in many other fields (mainly technological), Nardini was lecturing at the age of 28, and earnt a reputation for himself as someone with great potential.
That potential, however, was not fully realised until he was hired as an engineer in Estleback Corporation's Technology and Construction Division. He rose in the company and was put to great tasks, creating innovative new pieces of technology to assist the company. When he had just found his place in life, Estleback Corporation unfortunately closed. He worked with various other scientific companies before choosing to go solo once again, and start up his own scholarship foundation to help adolescents just like himself, all those years ago. Kids from countries around the world were eligible to get enough money to move to Evocity and follow their dreams. Nardini left behind this legacy in the hands of some close friends, and continued to look for his place once more.
And then, Estleback Corporation returned to business, just two years after its closure. Ryan was ready, and determined to continue his legacy and the company's legacy - and create greatness for Evocity, once and for all.

Project Announcement: Mobile Commando Centre

Today we're announcing our new project in mind; a mobile commando centre. As we've realized, the city has grown far too big for a single hq for the most situation. We have too much equipment that needs to be moved around in order to deal with certain people's predicaments. A mobile commando centre will ensure that we get our proper equipment with us and can at times control the field agents from a proper commando centre, instead of hiding in the bushes.

Our aim is to create as highly technical of a command centre as possible, but yet involve many other aspects of what our assignments may require (information will not be disclosed). The ETCD will be involved in this creation as well as the Director personally overseeing and assisting in this project. It will not be used as a means of transporting field agents, but rather equipment and to - as said before - offer a center of command for the leaders in question.

We'd like to give an update on our applicants state of analysing. We're currently investigating Gonzalo 'G. Weed' Rodríguez and if he truly does fit in our corporation. We will be shortly contacting him to a second and final interview, of which the results of that interview will be posted at this very site.

Jefferson 'RockDude69' Stafford has been an interest of the Governance and the ETCD department, and will be contacted shortly. Ryan 'Archammer' Nardini, a previous member of Estleback in its late days, has unfortunately been denied as of now. We simply don't see a required presence in the city of Evo City (activity). If do change we're happy to see him come back, but we're as of now not sure he can actually be a part of this corporation.

Greetings,

A quick announcement at this late hour. We've decided to unfortunately destroy Sonni 'Jordy' Romani's contract and have decided to let him go. Certain situations has arisen and as such the Governance has taken these actions. Farewell.

However, some good news - Gonzala 'G.Weed' Rodriquez has been accepted into the clan, although on a trial basis. This means that we have some slight hesitation towards his employment, but still has decided to at least let him truly prove what asset he may be to us (and so far it's looking bright). Welcome - It'll be a pleasure. Jefferson 'RockDude69' Stafford is now awaiting his final interview before a decision will be made - one that we are looking forward. He seems to be a bit of fresh air that'll bring some other ways of dealing with things in this organisation. Hopefully he'll do well on our second interview.

Today we did some recruiting and hopefully we'll see some of those people apply here shortly. One individual stood out and we look forward to an application from that one. Recruiting is not perhaps made in bulks, but rather to find the one special individual that we think might fit our organisation. Madeleine Gerin Lajoie was the daughter of an aristocratic British-Italian family known for their philanthropist work throughout the late 50's and 60's. Madeleine grew up in Farthington Manor in Kensington, London. Although thought to be privileged it is well known that she suffered considerable mental strain following her mother and father's messy divorce when she was aged just Eight. Unfortunately due to a "misunderstanding" regarding the money side of the break up one night her father stabbed her mother to death then took his own life by putting a bullet through his head in front of Madeleine herself. However, after picking herself up she decided to do what her parents were never able to do. Although she took the huge sum of inheritance money from her parents, she then decided to start her own businesses from scratch in an attempt to show that being well off does not mean you have to be lazy. She now owns many different companies including "The Stylish Shutter Co.", "The Evocity Lighting Company", "Gerin Lajoie Interiors" and "BASE Architecture" just to name a few. Her net worth is said to be in the range of $194 Million Dollars. She is now interested in giving back to the city that once gave her such fortune.

I believe I have just the skills and personality that Estleback needs to further it's already huge importance in Evocity's Security System. One of Estleback's main aims is to create a city that it is safe and prospering. As someone who was lucky enough to be born into a wealthy family and who has lived a lavish lifestyle. I feel it's my time to give back to the city that funded my childhood. In short. Both Estleback and I have the same goal - To make EvoCity a better place.

In many ways being in business can give you experience for a wide range of things you might never think of doing. I believe that managing companies has given me such a varied skill set (Because it really does involve doing so many different activities) and I think a lot of them would be suited to an Estleback Field Career. For example, I am fully capable of leading a team in a way that makes it seem we are all equally important rather than it seeming like they must blindly follow my orders. Empathy is a key strategy I learnt from my time in business. I think it would be very useful here.

Steve Burwin grew up in Essex, a county situated next to England's capital London.

Steve Burwin is a non-practising Roman Catholic who attended a Catholic secondary school which is where he found his passion for English, History and Computer Science. Naturally excelling at English, his communicational skills developed in subjects which similarly required high levels of organisation and planning. In 2005, Steve undertook his GCSE examinations. With hard work, Steve achieved good grades and 100% attainment in History. His expertise in Historical politics leaves Steve a shrewd and prudent individual who has studied the inner working of modernist sociology, such as Communist Russia and Nazi Germany, in a way he sees applicable to post-modern society today.

Following on from successful results, Steve started studying for his A-Levels at the same educational institute. Here, he chose to study History, Sociology, Maths and Computer Science, all in which resulted with an eventual grade of A*.

Steve then went to study Computer Science at Cambridge University in England, specialising in cyber security. When he graduated in 2012, he contemplated his next step in life and eventually decided to move to the United States in pursuit of a career within his chosen field. After browsing through a newspaper, he found an article about a company known as the 'Estleback Corporation', who had gathered fame for their successful security operation within a troubled nightclub in EvoCity. Why are you applying for Estleback Corporation?: I am applying for the Estleback Corporation because I wish to continue the legacy that we established before the closure of the clan in late 2014. I want to help make the Corporation grow again to the potential I know we can, and have, reached before. I believe our fused contributions, along with other members of the original governance, is what made this organisation so unique and friendly, and what made it rise to be one of the most notorious clans in the whole of EvoCity's long history.

I whole heartedly believe that we can rise to the original status we had once obtained, however this will have to consist of some blood, sweat and tears that we will have to exfoliate as a unit; so, no difference to back then.

Personal traits: Tommy is a very confident man, can show his true confidence in tough, heated situations. When matters are serious, he can really show no emotion whatsoever and everything he sees, he sees clearly. When in a scenario when he is on his own, he can become independent and look after himself, but of course will try to communicate with his team. He can also reveal his adaptability and is always accessible to a squad. Co-operating with his friends or his foes is never a challenge, as he always keeps a level head and calculates his military (or tactical) position to see whether he has the advantage, or the disadvantage. Tommy is also strong willed and is always prepared to put up a fight.

Tell us about him/her and his/hers history: Tommy 'Zan' Piccolo is a U.S citizen; however, it has not always been this way. He was born in the solitary town of Marina CS, located in the South of Italy.

Tommy lived in Marina ever since he was born, on August 16th, 1990. His Mother and Father didn't come from the most privileged background, and both grew up in the same home town as him. They lived in a small, two bedroom flat facing the Ionian Sea. At the age of 5, he began to attend the Marina de Scuola Primary School for Boys. He was a timid child, and spent a lot of time with his thoughts. He only had one friend, who had a similar mind-set to Tommy's. They both wanted to go to the U.S, one day.

Later on in their life, at 14 years old, their parents expected both of them to obtain the same traditions, and to live in Marina all their life. The thing is, his Mother and Father didn't decide this. The local mafia, the Sacra Corona Unita of Puglia, had a strong hold over the town, which meant nobody could come, nobody could leave. They forced the school to teach the children that the Mafia was a good thing; however, Tommy and his friend, Alberto, dared to disagree. They were the only ones that objected to the Mafia's hold on Marina. Of course, they didn't announce that publicly, because if they were found out they would be... Treated like lesser beings, beaten and kept in cages. As soon as he was 15, he applied to help the Mafia, or rather was forced to join. He was given no payment, nor any recognition. Alberto did the same, and soon enough they were scrubbing the floors and shoes of the Don. For some particular reason, the Don liked them. Under the other member's noses, he slipped us money for our jobs.

A long year later, Tommy was appointed as the secretary for the Don and also his adviser. As for Alberto, he was kicked out of the Mafia and was exiled out of the town, for reasons unknown to Tommy. When Tommy became 16, the Don became extremely unwell, and couldn't fend for himself. However, in his dying moments, he asked Tommy to become the highest of the highest, the Don of the Sacra Corona Unita. The other members didn't agree with Tommy being their leader, after all, he was only a secretary. After a failed assassination attempt on Tommy, he manages to escape on a sailboat.

Tommy's dream to go to the U.S had always been in his mind, it always had been. So, he fulfilled his dream. He came to a place called EvoCity, which seemed extremely strange to him. He'd never seen anything like it. It was too much for him to take in, as he was only 19 years old at the time. However, his manipulative skills helped him a lot. He became in contact with some other people in EvoCity, such as men named Ivan Tempsky and Steve Burwin. These men he could relate to, as Ivan had to deal with a rough childhood when he was younger. The freedom for Tommy was almost to much to handle, as he'd never had so much 'space' in his life. He soon became an employee at a shop, his life was a new life. Economically, Tommy knew very well how it worked, even in the U.S. Soon enough, he was a known member of EvoCity, a man to trust.

Why are you applying for Estleback Corporation?: I'm applying for Estleback Corporation because I believe I have the required assets and skills to be a part of Estleback. I sincerely look up to this clan as the most active and dedicated, so I feel this is the right clan for me. I already know a fair few members in Estleback, so I feel that I'll fit in here. I am prepared to follow orders obediently and to always do what's right in a particular situation for the clan. I know that I'll be dedicated and always loyal to Fearless for a very long time, as I enjoy it so much. I'm very interested in Estleback and the work you do.

The job position I'm applying for feels right for me, as before I've worked in a very similar position (as a security guard countless times In-Game, a security operator in Mist Security Corporation). Important announcement in regards to staff

Today I have great news to announce,

For as long as many old members can remember, Steve 'Link' Burwin was a part of this company and leading it to great virtue. I, who am quite to the company, can not be happier to have this stable partner to work with now. His name speaks much for itself - I don't need to explain more. Please welcom Steve 'Link' Burwin back, as our new Deputy Director! He shall from now on take care of the applications process and make neccessary reforms - the ones I currently has started will be dealt with me, which is right now Jefferson 'RockDude69' Stafford - he will have as much control as I do, except with some instances where I of course has a veto (which I will carefully use, if at all). I trust this man to an unpresedented degree, and I hope you all will as well.
