Summary: Well there was a raid in the bank, i was just leaving and then he randomly cuffs me and i tell him to uncuff me and that i wasn't a part of the raid. ( He also broke NLR). So then he decides to RDM and shoot me 5 times and i was dead.
Evidence: I saw him die and others knew he broke nlr; everyone saw him kill me.
