Ban Request - [FL:RP] George & [FL:RP] Jacob1029

I was an SS at the time, and I am just going to vouch for a small part of the ban FOR Jacob and George. The server was complete chaos at the time, however it wasn't Jacob's fault that he was killing all the cops, the cops were horrible and broke nlr, constantly returning to the place that they died at. The president did nothing to even attempt to tell cops not to break nlr( like I said, I was S'S but I didn't break nlr) and therefore the raid was valid besides other things, but that's really all I can offer to the situation because I wasn't involved in a great deal of it besides that.
