Well i was building on the street a small bump so people wouldt drive fast and hit somebody (as of many bodys where on the floor) so i made the bump then welded two of the bumps toghete, when i think a car couldt get over i lifted it, then the car still didt do anything! so i lowered it and tried to set it into the right posision when it suddenly flinged(or spazzed) and hit him im sorry for that and the prop kill was not intended.
