something ive noticed about crashes

so a few times in the past ive noticed this in the console before server has crashed and after, today i was about to have a bit of fun with some frineds and the server crashed, i opend the console and i noticed it said +gm_special / -gm_special i have not a clue what it means, any one have any idea?
