Russia/Ukraine temp. -20 = schools working fine

Europe -15 = Everything is closed.

In all honesty, snow is extremely common in those places. Here in the U.K it is only in recent years that snow has been a problem thus little has been invested in preventing disruption...

I could easily have gotten into school, but apparently the site wasn't 'safe'. As far as I am aware the airports aren't closed as long as they once were when snow came down and a good few schools remained open altogether.

1986-1987 Everything close in poland max temp -30, medium snow
2011-2012 Everything working fine max temp even -40 (-36 in my city), medium-big snow

But the greater the temperature, the less rainfall snow, after -20 there is nearly no chances for snow rainfall

-15F and -26C has been the lowest we've experienced in Mandan, North Dakota, in the last two weeks.

8 Days of full-on snow and ice and a constant -2 at least. Still, I'm not the worst off, but my bike has felt better ground.
