Why we should unban you: Because you have no idea what happened.

I was making my house, he came in, destroyed my things even after i asked him to stop twice and repeatedly asked him to leave. I then punched him, he threatened with a gun, i said i'd get the police, i punched him again, more threats, he left saying more things, i got my car tried to run him over, was unsuccessful, still upset, then i got banned. No warning or reason.[/align]

You had a drugs lab right in your doorway with the door wide open.
I pulled out my crowbar and started to destroy it, you carried on punching me repeatedly so I pulled out an automatic rifle and told you to stop.
When I had left the store you then spawned your Golf and started trying to CDM me (Very poor attempting) for about a minute you was doing that until Ghostrider banned you.
You don't need a warning when you should have already read the rules (It's the very first rule in the vehicles section, 1. Do not run people over at purpose and always try to brake or avoid the person.)

Also the ban was under 24 hours so you're not supposed to appeal it (http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=1021)

Still a stupid ass reason to ban, also it appears my comments on other peoples appeals are missing, what's the big deal.

Yeah, I broke a table because you carried on punching me and threatened to get the mafia onto me, not the cops.
When I walked out you said wait here a minute and that's when you tried to mow me down.

Another rule you've failed to read.
