Ban request for HeadcrabPL

Hi, I am sort of new to CityRP but i have read the rules.

So I was playing as a rebel this morning when I asked to see if any of my fellow rebels could sell me any weapons... This other rebel guy said he had Awp, Ak47, Mp5, etc etc for sale so I said ill buy them. He said 15k for the awp, 3500 for the ak and 2500 for the mp5. I gave him the 21k for the weapons and he idled for a moment then went offline.
So now I'm 21k down with nothing to show for it
