Save Evocity v33x

Evocity v33x is a very nice map, but roleplay is impossible with so many minges. We have CDMers who run over people randomly, NLR cops who keep coming back after they are killed, propclimbers, who prop climb over your base and start killing you, Prop blockers, who block up entire passageways so you cannot exit/enter. And everytime an admin is on(hardly), a minge is kicked. But the moment the admin leaves, the server goes back into hell! Could you please do something ? Evocity v33x is a wonderful map with too many minges. RP is almost impossible there
