lost item at server restart

hi, at around 10.00 gmt the server was restarted, i had the worst timing and had just spawned in a rifle ammo schematics and then the server froze, hopefully admin can help, here is a screenshot of the situation, its all i could get in a frantic attempt before complete shutdown

I lost 5 plants that were ready to picked, 2 money printers, and 4 drug labs. I have pics. Everything was falling through the floor, even my car, or anything I dropped.
