From what I gathered from Wikipedia, the song has also been used:

- In the climatic torture and fight scene in 'Kick Ass'
- In a trailer for Metro 2033
- Used by the BBC in tense or large scale moments in 'Top gear' and 'The Apprentice'

I had definitely heard it before, but not from 28 Days Later, I am sure it would have been used unofficially quite a lot too.

The "Kick-Ass" scene where they torture Kick Ass and Big Daddy (i think) is the perfect place for the song. The lower less dramatic part of the song is used in the horrible torture- But then that crazy 10 y/o little girl comes in and kicks ass and the awesome part plays.
