I remember everybody was asking for a css server.
Now that there is one, nobody even plays on it...

The main usage it gets is whenever the servers are down. I remember whenever we went through that week that the servers were crashed and we just played on the css fearless server.
Other than that scenario it is never used sadly.

Maybe put it down and put the money in our existing servers instead, make them more stable?
