But you really cant change your steam ID unless you have a Steam ID Spoofer. Programs like that cost alot of money.

I did some research and actually, they are free. I can give a link to a youtube vid, but i won't cuz of the risk. I can give one to soulripper or a mod. Maybe you can do something with it.

Yes, and a guy named Sogeking. He is reported to the ISP btw. We managed to get his location, name, and even postal number.
