At the start I thought this rule, was pretty simple to understand.
I was Wrong.
I've seen quite a lot of people getting a punishment for breaking
Fear RP, and their reply is "But I just ran away?" or "But I already used the gun?"
So lets get started.
Fear Definition: a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid.
That means, that you're AFRAID of the gun/tazer and you DON'T dare to do anything.
So here's James(The good guy) and Jim(The bad guy).
Rebel: **Draws a Desert Eagle from his backpack**
Rebel: Get down, now!
Jim: **Draws a AK47 from his backpack**
Jim: **Shoots James**
Now Jim just broke Fear RP.
So lets turn this one around, and see the RIGHT way to do it.
Rebel: **Draws a Desert Eagle from his backpack**
Rebel: **Get down, now!**
James: **Stops everything he's doing, and crouches to avoid taking a bullet to the head**
This basicly means that if someone pulls a gun/tazer and point it at you, you CANNOT run or pull out a gun and kill him, you can stand still and obey his orders.
That brings me to another thing: Running Away.
So many times I've seen people misunderstanding this...
Back to Jim(The bad guy).
Police Officer: **Points his pistol at Jim**
Jim: **Runs away**
Jim just broke Fear RP.
You ran away from a guy with a gun pointed towards you, I'm sorry to break the news but the old running in circles and dancing around the shots being fired around you, is not gonna happen.
A good way to learn how Fear RP works is: Imagine if you only had ONE Health Point, that means if you get shot ONCE, you're dead.
Think of it as in real life, as if you wouldn't spawn again.
Summary: If someone points a gun at you, you cannot attack him or run away.
