Summary: I joined the server and the 1st thing i see is MASSIVE ropes all over the map , also some random props , i assume the propspammer might be the rope tool abuser

Bunchie has been issued a two week suspension for spamming props (albeit only a few props - Not enough to cause serious server strain) and suspicion of spamming ropes. I'll look into how the tool restrict system failed us too.
